Delivery and returns.

White Glove Delivery


Involves 2 team members delivering your grill at a pre-arranged date and time, assembling your grill, all in situ in your backyard. Following your purchase you will receive a call from us to arrange delivery. Once your grill is installed, the team will take away all of the packaging with them and talk you through your brand new Kamado.

Please note the first 100 miles are included and additional miles will be charged at 75p per mile.

Domestic shipping

Shipping is always free if you spend over £50 and this will take 3-5 working days, alternatively if you need super quick delivery we also have a premium express service.

International Shipping

Shipping international is not cheap, we only charge what our logistics partners charge us. We offer a slow service and fast service. The latest shipping rates will be available at checkout.

Delivery Health and Safety

Pallex are our preferred courier for palletised distribution within the UK and Europe. The delivery is Kerb side and the product will be delivered to your nearest kerbside by pallet. You are liable to take the pallet into the property yourself. The delivery driver is not insured to enter your property or land and will not agree to any request to take any product into your property.

UPS and DHL are our preferred couriers for standard and express orders (Accessories only)  

Do not help the delivery driver, please let him do his job, you are not insured.


Pre Orders

For new releases we will occasionally take pre orders, delivery times for pre orders will be clearly written on the product page. Please be aware delivery dates are subject to change due to delays that happen that are out of our control. We will however keep you fully updated if changes are made.

Part Orders

Please be aware if part of your order is on a longer delivery lead time, we will wait until the order is full before dispatching. If you would like the items delivered individually please make separate orders.

Return and Refunds

Our normal returns policy is 30 days after the date of delivery.

To return an unwanted item for a refund, please use our returns portal to start the process. 

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Your order must be unused, unopened and in resellable condition, returns that do not meet this will occur a 10% restocking fee.

If you've purchased the wrong item and would like an exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
